LEGAL AGREEMENT & CONSTITUTION

rules of the flossin ecosystem

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before interacting with Flossin Pty Ltd, accessing our cryptographic digital twins, minting collection passports, or utilizing the Snap Check AI system.

01/

acceptance of agreement

By accessing our platform or requesting pre-mint whitelist coordinates, you agree to comply with and be bound by these binding terms. If you do not accept these parameters, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing Flossin digital assets or physical twin-mapping services.

02/

provenance & twin ownership rules

Each physical collectible certified by Flossin is paired uniquely with a cryptographic non-fungible on-chain digital twin. You agree that:

  • Ownership of the physical luxury item is tightly coupled with its digital passport twin. Transferring one without the other breaks provenance and void-checks the Flossin grading mark.
  • You may not decouple, re-program, or tamper with the embedded secure-microchip hardware (NTAG 424 DNA/RFID tags).
  • You will not clone, duplicate, or simulate the cryptographic signatures emitted by certified luxury items.
03/

snap check AI validation limits

The Snap Check neural-network engine computes high-probability authenticity scores based on texture, stitching, alignment, and manufacturing parameters. While our models operate with exceptional precision, Snap Check is designed as an advisory tool. Final transactional decisions remain the sole financial responsibility of the user.

04/

automated royalty protocol

By buying or selling Flossin-authenticated assets on secondary circular marketplaces, you acknowledge that a dynamic royalty fee (ranging between 2% and 10% depending on the brand ledger agreement) will be automatically distributed to the original designing fashion house on-chain.

05/

governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Any litigation, mediation, or legal claims must be initiated within the state or federal courts located in Sydney, NSW.
